Returns and Refund Policy

Reysan Atlantic, S.L. accepts returns for products purchased at www.reysan.com with prior written authorization.

1. Return period

Returns or claims must be made within 30 days from order delivery.

2. Return costs

If the return is caused by a Reysan error, we cover collection costs. If it is a product change not caused by Reysan, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

3. Non-accepted products

Used, washed, or custom-made products are not accepted. Items must be returned in original packaging and with invoice.

4. Refund

After product inspection, refund is processed in approximately 48 hours through the same payment method.
